primul imperiu de care am auzit în muzică a fost the cat empire. după care am dat de empire of the sun, apoi de shade empire, vreo trei trupe care se numesc (the) empire pur şi simplu (una se numeşte, de fapt, the middlesbrough empire, dar probabil că n-au ţinut neapărat să se ştie chestia asta), the empire jazz orchestra, empire state band, dark empire, the empire north west england, machine empire, lost empire, empire hideous, d empire band şi collapse under the empire. acestea sunt răspândite peste tot din lume şi cântă începând de la melodeath până la blues, jazz, classical, rock alternativ şi electro.

după care, normal, avem împăraţii: the emperor (black), the black emperor (e, hai) şi the emperors, în general.

mai departe, mergem la regate: kingdom, kingdom come, the kingdom, magic kingdom, the kingdom of the sun concert band, kingdom of sorrow, immortal blashyrkh kingdom (?!), kingdom road band.

deci, logic, regii: ben e. king, b.b. king, king crimson, kings of convenience, kings of leon (yuck), the kings, king, the king's band, the kings county blues band, groove kings, kielbasa kings, we the kings, the rain kings, kings park, the flower kings, the klezmer kings, the band of the king's division, the delta kings, the kings of queen (păi, nu?)..

dar nu-s doar monarhii şi imperii pe lumea asta. mergem la republici: republica, the republic, one republic, band republic, royal republic band (bună, asta), music republic, conch republic, cypress republic, slovak republic. and the presidents of the u.s.a., as a bonus.

n-am mai stat să mă uit de anarhii, dictatori şi alte jucării de-astea. probabil îs nişte punkeri plaţi şi fără imaginaţie, incapabili să-şi pună nişte nume de trupă mai de doamne-ajută, "the daisy ladies", sau ceva de genul ăsta.

şi, desigur, întotdeauna există planeta u2, de care te împiedici şi-ţi zdreleşti timpanele.
