and here we go.

today is the first day this year that i spent barefoot. i guess that settles it as the official day.

now, remember, if you see me wearing any type of footwear, this can only mean that:

• i'm having a business-related day;
• i'm about to encounter extremely rough terrain (glass shards, boiling lava, burning coal, stalagmite icicles, lego pieces etc.);
• i'm going biking;
• i'm going diving;
• i'm going climbing.

otherwise, there is no excuse.
